个人简介

一、基本情况

张荣，女，籍贯河北沧州，苏州科技大学土木工程学院讲师、研究生导师。国家一级建造师，英国皇家建造师学会会员（ICIOB),中华建设管理研究会（香港）青委会会员。博士毕业于香港大学建筑学院房地产与建设系，获哲学博士学位（Ph.D.,2016年12月）。硕士毕业于浙江大学建筑工程学院，获管理学硕士学位(2011年3月)。本科毕业于重庆大学管理科学与房地产学院，获工学学位（2008年6月）。主讲《工程管理导论》、《管理学研究方法论》等课程。

二、主要研究领域及学术成就

主要从事医疗基础设施管理、疗愈空间建设管理、设计施工一体化、跨组织协同、建筑信息化、职业倦怠等方向的研究，发表学术论文十余篇。主持国家社会科学基金一般项目(多层次公共医疗基础设施供给体系效率评价与提升路径研究,2021.9-2025.12)、教育部教学改革项目、重庆市社科规划培育项目(病理学视角下公共工程总承包设计工作跨组织协同困境及对策研究)、中央高校基本科研业务费项目、英国皇家建造学会资助项目各一项，并参与国家社会科学重大项目等国家级项目三项。
